Good location, nice hotel for low price.

The cleaning staff touches all your thing, I had to seek where they put my things after cleaning (some things I found out under my pillow!).

Very nice appartment and the building in generall located, in the excellent place, especially for those who want to discover the island and go for some boat trips. Very helpful and nice staff, which includes English speakers. I was pleasantly surprised that Excelsior Mare arranged for us a tour operator agent who gave us some good tips and arranged a scooter for us. All the neccessary facilites are very close.

The nearby road is fairly busy for those get easily irritated while sleeping. The beach which is across the road is full of families, not very good acces to the see and sometimes dirty water. But other beaches can be easily reached by bus or scooter.

The room was clean, bright and airy, and the shower was excellent! Cooking facilities allow you to prepare your own meals if req'd

The hotel is not that easy to find, but location is good. I wouldn't class as a hotel however as there is no permanent reception and it lacks some of the features of a hotel. The girl who seemed to be running the place didn't have great English so this lead to some communication problems.The room was lovely but a bit cold at night, an extra duvet was provided in the wardrobe but it was a single size while the bed was a king size! The room had a tv but no english language tv stations, which I would think unusual for a hotel. There was also construction work going on while we were there which caused a bit of a disturbance.

Everything was pretty great: staff, room, location, cleanliness, view to the sea and mountains, a short walk to the sea, centre and bus stop, here you can find everything you need - felt like at home, would love to stay here again!!!

The apartment we stayed was nice, spacious and absolutely clean. All rooms are equipped with kitchenette, fridge and small safe. Air condition is available for a small fee. The hotel is close to the center and to the small beach, too. There is also very nice pizzeria just across the street (attended by local people, too).

There is a road with high traffic between the hotel and the sea. Thus, rooms with the sea view can suffer from the traffic noise. It's OK when windows are closed.

Very nice hotel, near public transport. Very nice island. Good luck for this hotel.

Excellent value stay with very helpful staff and ideal location for the ferry trip to/from Naples. We had an amazing sea view from our room and overall we were very pleasantly surprised with this property.

Nothing like it. Ничего не понравилось. Нет никаких средств для уборки кухни,что делать обязательно, так как предусмотрен штраф. Шампунь и мыло тоже отсутствуют.Очень шумно от дороги и звукоизоляция в номерах ужасная. Но в тоже время требования к гостям очень строгие. Нам устроили ночь ужасов , с угрозой вызвать полицию, когда мы с женой разговаривали в номере в 23 часа вечера. Так что про телевизор вечером можете забыть. Утром собрались уехать в другой отель, но нам отказались возвращать деньги. А потом оказалось, что заблокированную оплату (за неделю до приезда) они вообще не видят. Мы связывались со своим банком, присылали выписку и т.д., тогда деньги нашлись.Оказалось это были проблемы с банком отеля. В общем, нервы и время. Персонал ужасен, извинятся не умеет, очень грубые. Только после обращения в Booking с нашими проблемами ,поведение персонала как-то улучшилось.

There are no facilities for cleaning the kitchen, making sure that, as a penalty. Shampoo and soap are also available. Noisy from the road and sound in the room is terrible. But at the same time, the requirements for visitors are very strict. Staff gave us a night of horrors, threatened to call the police, when my wife and I were talking in a room at 23 o'clock in the evening. So what about the TV in the evening you can forget. Gathered in the morning to go to another hotel, but we have refused to return the money. And then it turned out that the blocked payment (the week before arrival), they do not see. We associated with your bank, and showed a bank statement, then the money see. It turned out it was a problem with the bank of hotel. In general, time and nerves. Staff is terrible, does not know how to apologize, very rough. Only after contacting Booking with our problems, such as staff behavior improved.

Superb quality of the room. Spacious, modern, well-equipped. Unfortunately, owing to a change of plans, we had to leave for Napoli after the first of the two nights reserved. No reflection on the suite, of course! We received outstanding help from the lady receptionist in finding accommodation in Napoli for one night. She made two telephone calls to her known contacts, but they had no vacancies. Her third call was to Piazza Dante b&b, where we booked. This turned out to be an outstandingly good place to stay: newly decorated, clean and spacious, staffed by a very polite and caring couple, the Baldis. This was a great result. The absolutely cleanliness, there was no even a hair anywhere. The suite is very comfortable for staying with kids. The kitchenette gives you a possibility to feel like at home, and everyday cleaning and changing the towels makes feel as if you in the hotel. The location is also very nice, because it is in few steps from the beach and bus-stop. Also friendly and helpful staff recommended us to visit an amazing park La Mortella. I would definitely stay in Excelsior Mare Suite again. The price/quality is more than reasonable.

The residence lies close the centre of Casamicciola, few steps from the see. The rooms are very large, comfortable and well furnished.

Great location in Casamicciola. Close to a beach, public transportation, and shops. Attentive and welcoming staff. Suites were spacious and clean. Great value!

Clean room, confortable mattress, close to shops (md discount), easy access to the city center.

Hard to find. In fact the house is close to the bar 'Topless'. Very noisy at nights, because of the road next to it, the above mentioned bar and the locals, who shout at each other in the evenings. Extra charge for the use of the air-conditioner. The maid, who cleaned the room, touched everything and relocated my things all the time, even though they were neatly put away by me before her arrival.
